A great day of learning, innovation, and connection!

We just wrapped up our collaboration-focused event with Cisco, joined by experts from Imagicle and Kurmi Software, and it was an amazing experience!

The event kicked off with a warm welcome and insightful company update from our CEO, Amr Nasher, sharing Twaasol’s journey and vision for leading collaboration in the region.

From the latest Webex Suite updates delivered by Ahmad Shaheen, to an inspiring deep dive into Cisco Video Devicesled by N. Damla Aykut, our attendees got a firsthand look at where the future of collaboration is headed.

One of the highlights? A live demo session by Steven Potter from Cisco’s Video Research Center in Oslo, Norway, showcasing the powerful features and user experience built into Cisco’s video devices — straight from the source!

We also explored the newest advancements in Cisco Contact Center and AI features, thanks to a great session by Safwat Alshawaf.

Then came an energetic and interactive talk by Ammar AlKordi from Imagicle, showing us how to unlock even more value from Cisco Collaboration — and he even gave away AirPods to one lucky attendee!

To wrap things up, Nabil Masri from Kurmi Software walked us through how to easily migrate and manage collaboration software, adding another layer of practical value.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with our customers, share knowledge, and celebrate the continued evolution of the workplace.
